Occupancy you can see, slot by slot

Most systems count cars in and cars out and call the difference occupancy. ParkWayz models the car park itself — zones contain floors, floors carry a drawn layout, and every slot on that layout has its own number, type and status.

A layout designer, not a capacity field

Each floor gets a canvas where you place parking slots, roads, walls, gates, pillars, ramps and labels on a grid — over a background floor plan image if you have one. What you draw is what the system counts.

Slots carry their own state

A slot has a number, a type and a status: available, occupied, reserved, disabled or maintenance. Reserved slots can be categorised as Security, Police, Ambulance, Disabled, VIP, EV, Staff or Visitor — so "reserved" means something specific when a supervisor reads it.

Vehicles can be assigned a slot

Pick a zone, then a floor, then the slot itself from the visual layout, and the vehicle is assigned to it until you release it. Useful for staff bays, contract parking and the spaces people argue about.

Zone-level answers, without a walk-around

The Parking Operations dashboard rolls the same data up: occupancy per zone, the slot-status breakdown, zones running above 85%, and the floors with the most space free right now.
