For IT and integrators

Technical overview

Delivery, cameras, the refresh model, roles, configuration, exports and licensing — on one page.

What it runs on and what it needs

The short version for whoever has to host it, connect it and support it.

Delivery
A responsive web application, used in the browser. Nothing to install on operator machines. There is no native iOS or Android app.
Cameras
LPR cameras registered by IP address and location. The application tracks each camera's online/offline state and its detection count.
Refresh model
Screens refresh on a configurable polling interval. "Live" here means frequently refreshed — there is no push channel to the browser.
Access control
Role-based, with users grouped into departments. Roles determine which areas of the system a user can reach.
Configuration
System name, timezone, date format, polling interval, detection confidence threshold, data retention period, overstay threshold, notification and audit toggles.
Data out
Reports export to PDF, Excel and Word. System data and image manifests can be exported and restored through backup and restore.
Licensing
Edition activation and management inside the application; camera allowance and feature access follow the active licence.
Deployment and integration
Hosting model, server requirements and barrier or third-party integrations are scoped per site — ask us for the deployment note for your environment.
